Barura Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Kamrul was present as the chief guest at the monthly coordination meeting of the District Health Department at the Comilla Civil Surgeon’s office on Wednesday, December 13, as Barura Upazila Health Complex ranked 2nd at the national level in the Health System Strengthening (HSS) score published by the Department of Health in the month of October. Dr. Mohammad Mohiuddin, Divisional Director (Health) of Chittagong Division, congratulated Hasan Sohail. Comilla Medical College Hospital Director Dr. Mohammad Azizur Rahman Siddiqui, President, Comilla District Civil Surgeon Dr. Nachima Akhtar were present as special guests on the occasion. Comilla District Deputy Civil Surgeon was also present at this time; Mohammad Nazmul Alam, Honorable Upazila Health and Family Planning Officers of 17 Upazilas of Comilla District, Medical Officers (Disease Control) of 17 Upazilas, Medical Officers of Comilla Civil Surgeon Office and others.
Barura Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Kamrul Hasan Sohail said that the person who contributed the most behind the advancement of Barura Upazila Health Complex in HSS score, whose inspiration and clear direction is our progress is our beloved Chittagong Divisional Director (Health) Dr. : Mohammad Mohiuddin Sir, Honorable Director of Comilla Medical College Hospital Dr. Mohammad Azizur Rahman Siddiqui as a well wisher and Honorable Civil Surgeon of Comilla District Dr. Nachima Akhtar Sir for his constant supervision and overall support today Barura Upazila Health Complex is ranked 2nd in the country in HSS score. I am very impressed and feel very honored to receive such warm wishes from them.
