On Wednesday afternoon, November 27, under the leadership of Barura Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate Nu-Emong Marma Mong, a fine of Tk 10,000 was levied on three poultry houses, including Shahinur Poultry House, Mizan Poultry House, through a mobile court under the Consumer Rights Act 2009 and Penal Code 1860A. .
At that time, the personal guard of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Ansar members were present. During the operation of the mobile court, this operation was conducted because the shop did not have a price list and sold the product (chicken) at an additional price.
He also said that if the price list is not drawn, the price is higher than the purchase price, if expired products are sold, this operation will be hampered.
