Bangladesh Editor’s Forum was held general meeting . On 7th August 2024 in support of anti-discrimination student movement. The event was held at Anis Ahmed Plaza,11/1 B Jugantar Road, Â Motijheel, Dhaka-1000.
In that meeting, all the organizations expressed their unity to cooperate in all activities of the anti-discrimination student movement. The people present at the Bangladesh Editor’s Forum congratulated all the activities of the student society and paid tribute to the souls of all the martyrs.
The meeting was presided over by Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, president of the central committee of Bangladesh Editor’s Forum and editor of Dainik Amader Bangla. Secretary General of the organization Md. Omar Faruk Jalal (Chief Editor in Daily Present Times) conducted the event, Vice-President of the organization Rafiq Ullah Sikdar (Editor Daily Alor Barta) spoke, Vice-President of the organization Ashok Dhar Editor (Dainik Swadesh Bichitra) spoke. Organizing Secretary Rafiqul Islam Kajal (Editor Weekly Aparadh anusandhan) also spoke, Finance Editor of the organization Md Kamruzzaman Jani (Editor Daily Muktir Lorai) and Women Affairs Editor of the organization Mosammad Rita (Editor Daily Naba Jiban).
After everyone’s speech, the president of the organization declared the meeting closed with a closing speech.
