An allegation has been received of harvesting paddy from the land of hero freedom fighter Abdus Salam Bhuiya of Chapitla village of Bangra Bazar police station under Muradnagar upazila of Comilla district. Hero freedom fighter Abdus Salam Bhuiya said, Mauza Chapitla, JL No-81, Khatian No-3336, Dag No-3008, 33rd century. Land. I am the owner of this land through my ancestors and have been occupying it for a long time. Last year 2004, I transferred the ownership of 33 cents of land to my wife and two sons from the total land mentioned in the schedule in the registry document. The said land was registered and dismissed in their name on the basis of Khatian No-3336. Landlord Ashiq Masud Bhuiya Gong is trying to encroach illegally on the land mentioned by me. As the landowners demanded payment from me regarding the said land, I filed C/R Case No. 20/2019 in the learned court against them. In the said case, an arrest warrant was issued by the court against Ashiq Gang. Enmity continues with me and my family members on bail. On 13/08/2023, I filed a complaint against Ashiq Gong in Bangra Bazar Police Station. But after not getting any remedy, on 19/11/2023 at approximately 7.10 am informed Bangra Bazar Police Station and sought necessary legal assistance. But as the police did not come to the land till 10 am, Ashiq Gangra came with rods, sabals, native weapons and knives and cut the paddy of my land. They beat me and threatened to kill me when I stopped them. I and my family are living in extreme insecurity. While delivering the speech, he broke down in tears and demanded punishment for the culprits.
