Bangabandhu Intercollegiate Football Tournament started in Cox’s Bazar

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Inter College Football Tournament was held in Cox’s Bazar for the first time. The district administration and district sports office jointly organized this. 12 colleges of the district are participating in it. The main objective of this tournament is to produce good players from the grassroots. Last Friday (June 16) afternoon, the tournament was officially inaugurated at the Bir Shrestha Ruhul Amin Stadium by Member of Parliament Kaniz Fatema Ahmed Mostak. District Sports Officer Main Uddin Milki spoke as a special guest at the event. Administrator (General) Vibhishan Kanti Das, Vice President of District Sports Association Principal Jasim Uddin and General Secretary Advocate Jasim Uddin. Cox’s Bazar Government College vs DC College in the opening game. Cox’s Bazar Govt College defeated DC College 3-0 in a dominant match. 3 matches of the tournament will be held on Saturday. The curtain will come down on this event at the district level on June 21.
