 7 vehicles have been fined in Dhaka today in the April month-long special campaign announced by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change against air pollution. Under the leadership of Executive Magistrate Asma Shaheen of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, a total fine of Tk 22,000 was collected from 7 vehicles due to air pollution caused by black smoke of vehicles in mobile court in Khilkhet area of Dhaka today. This mobile court is run by the Monitoring and Enforcement Wing of the Department of Environment as part of the anti-pollution campaign and environment conservation activities. The anti-air pollution campaign will continue around Dhaka.
