SM Sumon Rashid, Amtoli (Barguna) Correspondent : Keeping in mind the slogan ‘We work together in ten, we are not afraid of foreignness today’, an organization called “Gulishakhali Citizen Forum” has emerged in Amtoli, Barguna with all the citizens living in Amtoli Municipality of Gulishakhali Union.
The convening committee was announced today at 10 am after a discussion meeting in the hall adjacent to Amtoli E-School on the initiative of Md. Shah Alam, Md. Mahbub Alam Ripon and Shah Muhammad Sumon Rashid.
The meeting was presided over by Md. Delwar Hossain Khan.
A 13-member committee has been formed with Md. Nasir Uddin (retired headmaster) as the convener and Nasir Mahmud (teacher) as the member secretary.
The joint convener, Md. Ripon Gazi, Md. Delwar Hossain Khan, Md. Mosharef Hossain Molla, Md. Shahjahan Kabir, Md. Shah Alam, Md. Zahirul Islam Khan, Md. Nazrul Islam Montu and members SM Sumon Rashid, Md. Mahbub Alam Ripon, Md. Ohidul Islam Ohid Mallick, Md. Kamruzzaman Kamal were present in the meeting.
Md. Jabbar Gharami, Md. Mofiz Uddin Fakir, Md. Faruk Hawlader, Md. Jasim Uddin, Md. Miraj Hossain, Md. Alauddin, Md. Abu Zafar Master were present in the meeting.
The speakers thanked all the members of this organization and highlighted the policy. They concluded the meeting by mentioning the policy that it should never become a yellow organization in the future.
