The scholarship award ceremony of Alitola Government Primary School Alumni Sangsad of Khoshbas Union has been going on for 31 years in Barura, Comilla.
On November 15, Friday, 70 primary school fifth grade students participated in the initiative of Alitola Government Primary School Alumni Association at 10 am.
General Secretary of Barura Upazila Jankalyan Samity, Dhaka Md. Abdus Samad, vice president and founder of Kemtoli Alo Pathagar Md. Anisur Rahman, education enthusiast, were present as guests at the award and scholarship ceremony in the school premises under the chairmanship of GM Morshed Mizan, the president of the former student union. And social worker GM Mostafa Shipu, Principal of Alitola Government Primary School Mustafa Kamal, Advisor of Alitola Government Primary School Alumni Association Ex-Headmaster Rafiqul Islam Patwari, Panel Chairman of Khosbas North Union Parishad Md. Alitola Government Primary School Former Students General Secretary Mohammad Monir Uddin, former student leader Md Jasim Uddin and others spoke on the occasion.
On this day, 70 primary school students participated in the 5th class scholarship examination. In this, 36 people were awarded with merit scholarship and 30 people with general scholarship.
