District Government Public Library Dinajpur Librarian K.M. Dinajpur Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Sohag Chandra Saha spoke as the chief guest under the chairmanship of Mehedi Hasan. Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Sheikh Md. Jinnah Al Mamun, Cultural Officer of Dinajpur Shilpakala Academy Meen Ara Parveen Dalia, Deputy Director of Islamic Foundation Md. Mostafizur Rahman spoke as special guests. Haji Mohammad Danesh University of Science and Technology Deputy Librarian Md. Abdur Rauf bin Abedin read the keynote.
