Additional Secretary Abdus Sabur Mandal has been appointed after being promoted to the post of Secretary, a notification has been issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Tuesday (September 5). Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology Ziaul Hasan is going on post-retirement leave. Abdus Sabur Mandal earlier served as Director General of Narcotics Control Directorate. He was serving as Additional Secretary, Important Appointments, Promotions and Deputies (APD) Division, Ministry of Public Administration.
