They have misused their power and smuggled the country’s money abroad. There is no other country in the world with a history of so many murders, so many disappearances, and so much money being smuggled abroad.
He said these things while addressing a public meeting at the Lalmonirhat Collectorate ground on Saturday (December 21) afternoon as the chief guest. Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim said, Awami League was the government of India.
When Sheikh Hasina went to India as the first Prime Minister, the Indian government addressed her as Chief Minister. She was not the Chief Minister, she was the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
That is why Sheikh Hasina said that she would never forget what she had given to India. She had given everything, but what did she bring from India, the people of Bengal want to know. She could not bring anything. A broker can never bring anything. Awami League is an agent of India.
She said that after the departure of the Awami League, the leaders and activists of the Islamic Movement along with the common people have guarded the temples and houses of the minorities. The leaders and activists of another political party have been looting.
Highlighting the history of the July Revolution, Syed Rezaul Karim said that Abu Sayeed, the son of Rangpur, had raised his chest against injustice. And the administration of independent Bengal shot at that talented student and made him lose his chest. That talented Abu Sayeed fell to the ground. Seeing this scene, the hearts of the people of the entire country were moved. At that time, the leaders and activists of the Islamic Movement took to the streets with banners against the fascists. At that time, no other political party even had the courage to take to the streets against the government. We always speak out against injustice.
He called for voting with the hand fan symbol in the coming days, claiming the land of Lalmonirhat as the base of the Islamic Movement.
