Expatriate Bangladeshi domestic worker Rezia Begum (43) working in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) has not been traced for nine months. the family Hazira Begum, the younger sister of domestic worker Rezia Begum filed a written complaint with the Director General of Manpower, Employment and Training Bureau Dhaka through District Employment and Jan Shakti Office Moulvibazar. It has been reported – Deceased of Ward No. 9 of Mohammad Nagar Village No. 5 of South Shahbazpur Union of Baralekha Upazila: Rezia Begum, daughter of Abdur Noor, working in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), (Phone- 00966553859269, 00966500378623), while working in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) last 11/ On 11/2021 on phone (00966553859269) she informed her family that she was being physically and mentally tortured there. Kofil beat him and escalated the torture when he talked about contact in Bangladesh. From that day no further contact with his family was possible. He strongly demanded from the state to take necessary measures to rescue the said Rezia Begum and bring her to Bangladesh and to recover her just dues including all salary and allowances. When asked about this matter, Assistant Director of District Employment and Manpower Office Moulvibazar, Mohammad Mosharf Hossain admitted the truth and said – Necessary measures have been taken based on the written complaint of Rezia Begum, an expatriate Bangladeshi domestic worker working in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) and the missing person. being
