Suniti Rani Biswas, head teacher of Noapara Government Primary School, Lakshipur Union, Barura Upazila, Comilla. Came to this school 15 years ago. At that time the school was broken. There was no electricity in the village. The roads are like paddy fields. The teachers did not want to stay in this school for long. There were less students in the school, they had to go home and explain. That area has now changed. The road is steep. There is a multi-storied school building. Electricity is burning in the village. The number of students in the school has increased. Transfers are now reduced due to recommendations for recruitment of local teachers. B-category schools are now A-category. Noapara village has been enlightened by the light of Suniti Rani Biswas.
In 1986 he joined Khajuria Government Primary School in Barura. After teaching there for 4 years, he transferred to Lakshipur Government Primary School in 1990. After teaching in this institution for 16 years, he joined Chitoshi Road Government Primary School in 2007 after being promoted to Headmaster. In 2008, he came to Noapara Government Primary School in the neighboring village of his village.
About the school, head teacher Suniti Rani Biswas said, I went to the village electricity society of nearby Chandina upazila and applied for electricity. Then electricity came to the area. In this way, students have to be contacted in various places regarding the construction of school buildings and roads. We have been able to do the work with the support of our district and upazila education officers, assistant upazila officers, public representatives and school committees.
He said, after 37 years of career, he will retire in February 2024. His eyes watered when he thought about retirement. There will be no more rush to come to school in the morning. No one will come to him with a leave application. He said about the happy memories of his life as a teacher, thousands of his students have been established. They are enlightening the society. When they meet on the way, they touch their feet and salute/prostrate.

Dr. Dulal Bhowmik, former two-time president and donor member of the school management committee said, I have been associated with this school for a long time. This head teacher is very hardworking. She received the best teacher award in 2010 and 2015 in the upazila. His farewell is painful for us.
Local UP member Md. Jahangir said that none of the heads of institutions who came earlier were sincere towards the school. After the arrival of madam, the quality of education and infrastructure of this school has improved considerably. Many knowledgeable people including the Secretary of Primary and Public Education Department, UNO, District and Assistant District Primary Education Officers, Upazila and Assistant Upazila Primary Education Officers have visited this school.
