A Brahmanbaria youth named Hridoy Noor (22) was arrested while traveling to India with a ‘fake’ police clearance. He was arrested by the immigration police while on his way to India through Akhaura land port in the district. After the arrest, Hridiya told the police that he made this police clearance from a computer shop. Hriday is the son of Hamdu Mia of Nayanpur in Brahmanbaria municipality. He came to Akhaura to go to India to meet at the embassy in Croatia. Akhaura Landport Immigration Police S. I Dewan Morshedul Haque said that like other ordinary passengers, the young man also came to the port to go to India. Doubts arise during document verification. After checking it is found that the police clearance paper is fake. Later he said that he made it from a computer shop in Brahmanbaria. After discussing with the authorities, he was handed over to Akhaura police station. Police will take necessary action in this regard. Officer-in-charge (OC) of Akhaura police station.
