In order to conduct the election process of Harian Union of Paba Upazila of Rajshahi in a fair and beautiful environment, a training workshop was held for polling officers. Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ahmed was present as the chief guest at the training workshop at Paba Upazila Parishad hall on Saturday (July 15). Speaking as the chief guest at the training workshop, Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ahmed said, “Voters can go to the center and vote without any fear in the Pabar Harian UP elections. We have created that environment. Law enforcement is very active. He also warned that no one will be spared if they want to do unpleasant things in the elections. The Deputy Commissioner also said that the election will be held in a fair, free, impartial and beautiful environment. Strict legal action will be taken against those who indulge in violence and violate election code of conduct. There will be strict vigilance of the law and order forces in the elections. Shahinur Islam Pramanik and others. Paba Upazila Election Officer and Returning Officer. Shahidul Islam Pramanik said that 76 people will compete in Harian UP elections. Out of this, 6 are in the post of chairman, 19 are in the post of reserved women members and 51 are in the post of general members. He also said that polling will be held in 9 centers of 9 wards on July 17. The total number of voters of Harian Union Parishad is 19528. Among them 9850 male voters and 9678 female voters.
