Among them, Karib Ahmed, Syed Karim, Reza, Zaheer, Mahmudul Haque, Ghafoor, Akhtar, Badi Alam are under the control of the syndicate. According to the complaint of the local conscious, indiscriminate sand mining is going on in Harinmara area of Rajapalang Union. Unhindered mountain cutting is also going on. The villagers and headmen in question sold the hills to the dumper owners and became owners of huge amount of illegal money. There is a common saying in Harinmara area that officials come here every day not to catch illegal dumpers but to collect money. Due to the unwritten agreement of the dumpers, the Bit officials and local villagers are taking lakhs of rupees monthly from these illegal dumpers. The local people complain that the local village headmen are cooperating with the dumper owners instead of obstructing them.
