Three drug dealers along with 62 pieces of Yaba have been arrested in Kamalganj District Intelligence Branch’s special operation. On Monday, June 5, at 12:30 pm, raids were conducted in the Chandipur area under the municipality. Shaheed’s son Saju Ahmad @ Raju (34) was arrested with a total of 62 pieces of Yaba tablets. The arrested are known to be involved in drug trade in Kamalganj Thana area for a long time. A case under the Narcotics Control Act has been registered at the Kamalganj police station against the three arrested and one absconding person. A team of DB Police led by ASI Shahabuddin conducted the operation.
