Mahmudul Hasan is the best college teacher in Barura Upazila

 Chemistry lecturer Mahmudul Hasan of Chhotulagaon Women’s College was selected as the best class teacher at the college level in Barura Upazila during the National Education Week-2023. The result was published in a notification signed by Barura Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Sabrina Afrin Mustafa and Upazila Secondary Education Officer Saiful Islam. He got 1st place by getting the highest number of 68 in the result. He was born in 1986 in Jinsar village of the same upazila in a Muslim family. In his education career, he passed secondary from Barura Haji Nawab Ali Pilot High School and passed 1st division from Comilla Victoria College and obtained 6th rank in both graduation and post graduation examinations in chemistry from the same college. He completed MBA in 1st class from Comilla University to improve professional standards. Currently engaged in Higher Research (MPhil-1st Phase). At the beginning of his career, he worked as a chemistry lecturer at Comilla Model College and Comilla Board of Education Government Model College. In spite of the unimaginable natural hostile environment, he has conducted online education programs from his home with the aim of keeping the education program running during the Corona period. He has received District Ambassador recognition from ICT4e for use of information technology in education. When asked about the success, he said, as a teacher, I try to fulfill the responsibility assigned to me properly and remove the fear of education by presenting the text in front of the students in a simple way. In the coming days, I want to present Bangladesh in the court of the world as a charioteer of innovative education. In his personal life he is the father of 3 daughters. It is to be noted that the decision to celebrate the National Education Week 2023 across the country was taken in a circular signed by the Secretary of the Ministry of Education Soleiman Khan on April 5. In continuation of this, National Education Week 2023 was held with the participation of teachers and students in all district upazilas of the country.
