A mobile court raided an unauthorized factory manufacturing fake medicines in Lalmonirhat.  At that time, the factory was sealed due to counterfeit drugs worth around two million rupees and the factory not being approved.  On Wednesday (May 10) in the noon of Lalmonirhat district headquarter house will be rented in the area adjacent to the Barabari Bazar memorial by placing a poster inside the manufacturing factory of adulterated cattle drugs of various famous companies, the Executive Magistrate mobile court conducted with the help of Sadar Thana Police. Upazila Livestock Officers and Sadar Thana Police were present in the drive.

After the operation, the Executive Magistrate said that Nur Alam, son of the deceased Waheed Ali of Barabari Union of Sadar Upazila and Asaduzzaman Asad of Gaibandha Sundarganj area had been jointly manufacturing and marketing adulterated cattle drugs by affixing the logos of various reputed companies including Square and Ekmi to the house of accused Nur Alam for a long time.  This operation was carried out after receiving such information from secret sources. After the factory was sealed, a regular case was filed in the name of the accused Noor Alam and Asaduzzaman Asad, the manufacturers of adulterated drugs.

Several people of Barabari area, who did not wish to be named, said that Waheed Ali, the deceased of Hatura area of ​​Barabari Union of Sadar Upazila, worked as a mason and ran some kind of family.  His two sons Noor Alam and Manna started working as employees in people’s shops in Barabari Bazar and got involved in various misdeeds and became the owners of a lot of money overnight.  The two brothers became millionaires overnight by engaging in activities like fake drug factories, body trade, gambling, casinos, land robberies etc. aAt this time, the eager crowd strongly demanded the concerned authorities to take proper account of the illegal assets of Noor Alam and Manna.
