Awarding scholarships and crests to Tangail Kriti students

Certificates, crests and scholarships have been awarded to meritorious scholarship students under the initiative of the Tangail Teachers Foundation Central Committee. The program was organized on Saturday (May 6) morning at Major General Mahmud Hasan Adarsh Mahavidyalaya ground premises. About 6000 students from 405 educational institutions participated in this scholarship examination. 538 meritorious students were awarded scholarships through this program. Alhaj Md Chanwar Hossain, Member of Parliament of Tangail-5 (Sadar) Constituency was the chief guest on the occasion. The chief negotiator was Additional District Magistrate Irene Akhter on behalf of Deputy Commissioner Md. Jasim Uddin Haider. Mamunur Rashid, General Secretary of Teachers Foundation Central Committee, gave a welcome speech on the occasion. District Primary Education Officer Md Abul Kalam Azad, Major General Mahmud Hasan Adarsh College Principal Mohammad Ibrahim and others were special guests. The program was presided over by Mueed Mustariq, Senior Vice President of Teachers Foundation and Lecturer of Mirpur Government Rupnagar Model School and College. The program was moderated by Sabha Seminar Affairs Secretary Sabiha Parveen and Literary Secretary Bhavesh Mukul Pal. The guests said in their speech, boys and girls should be educated, they should learn to speak the truth. He also said that the purpose of giving this scholarship is not to give some money, its purpose is to encourage students to develop their talent. For that he urged the parents to be more careful towards the students. Hundreds of students, parents and teachers were present at the scholarship awarding ceremony. Students expressed their excitement by receiving the scholarship check and certificate in their hands.
