Discussion meeting regarding safe and smooth travel of passengers on road during Eid

On the occasion of the celebration of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, a discussion meeting was held regarding the safe and smooth travel of passengers on the roads. The meeting was held in the district administration conference room on Sunday, April 16. Secretary of Road Transport and Highways Department ABM Amin Ullah Noori, Chief Engineer of BRTA Noor Mohammad Majumdar, Chairman, Directorate of Roads and Public Ways were present as chief guests. Road Transport and Highways Department is under BRTA Deputy Secretary Md Monirul Alam and Superintendent of Police Sarkar Mohammad Qaiser of Tangail. Also present were public representatives and officials of various departments at the district level. Tangail Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Jasim Uddin Haider presided over this discussion meeting.
