 On the occasion of the historic Badr Day, Iftar and Doa Mahfil were held on 18th Ramadan and 10th April in Laksam in collaboration with The Daily Present Time and Durbar.com. Daily Present Time’s Comilla Correspondent Nur Alam Manik presided over the Iftar and Doa Mahfil organized by Comilla South District Representative. Salim Chowdhury Heera spoke at the presentation of the President of Laxsam Journalist Union and editor of national weekly Amar Odhikar Patrika Kamal Uddin, General Editor and Alokita Bangladesh Laxsam Representative Abdur Rahim, Entertainment Editor and Amar Sangbad Laxsam Pratidin Amjad Hossain, Jugantar Laxam Correspondent MA Mannan. Manav Kanth Laxsam representative Abdur Rashid, Mukta Khabar Laxam representative Abul Hossain Babul, Laxam Journalist Union member Omar Faruk, Aminur Rahman, Rimu and other local news workers and dignitaries were also present. Maulana Ohidul Islam, Khatib of North West Gaon Nur Madinah Jame Masjid conducted the Iftar and Doa Mahfil.
