Ramu in young man arrested with 4 thousand Yabas

The Directorate of Narcotics Control arrested a drug dealer named Mohd Nezam Uddin (26) along with 4,000 Yabas in Ramur Chakmarkul of Cox’s Bazar. Last Sunday (April 2) at 4:30 pm, the operation was conducted under the overall supervision of Deputy Director of Narcotics Control Department, Mohammad Ruhul Amin. The detained Md. Nezam Uddin Ramu is the son of Amir Hossain of Nayachar Para area of Chakmarkul 2nd Ward. Deputy Director Mohammad Ruhul Amin said, as part of the regular operation of the Narcotics Control Department, a team led by Deputy Inspector Md Kamruzzaman arrested the young man along with Yaba from the south side of Kalghar Bazar in Ward No. 1 of Ramur Chakmarkul. Md. Kamruzzaman became the plaintiff and filed a case under the Narcotics Act at Ramu police station.
