Kazi Mamun: On the instructions of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, the Mahipur Thana Youth Dal council will be held next Saturday (April 19) with the aim of organizing the BNP. The leaders and activists are very excited about the conference. This information was given in a press release signed by Joint Office Secretary Syed Iqbal Hossain on the instructions of District Jubo Dal President Monirul Islam Liton and Acting General Secretary Shiplu Khan on 14 April . Immediately after this, there was great enthusiasm among the leaders and activists. The leaders and activists are happy that this is the first conference through delegate voting. Many have expressed their opinions with pictures of their preferred candidates. It is known that the leaders of the Youth Dal will be elected through direct voting for two posts. The acting convener of Mahipur Thana Jubo Dal Md. Siddiqur Rahman Molla and joint convener Ali Akkas Howlader will contest for the post of president. The current joint convener Mizanur Rahman Pyada has no rival for the post of general secretary. Dozens of Jubo Dal leaders have confirmed this. General secretary candidate Mizanur Rahman Pyada said, “So far, no rival has come forward for me. However, I am moving forward thinking that there may be a rival until the election. I hope that there will be a strong committee of Thana Jubo Dal through the vote. I am hopeful that this committee will play a leading role in the upcoming National Assembly elections.” Mahipur Thana BNP General Secretary Advocate Shahjahan Parvez said, “The leaders and activists are very happy that this is the first conference of Thana Jubo Dal through delegate vote. All our preparations have been completed to make the conference successful. The conference will be held at 10 am on April 19 at the ground of Mahipur Government Primary School.” Mahipur Thana BNP President Abdul Jalil Howlader said, “After a long year, we are vocal about the Thana Jubo Dal council. There will be a strong committee through the vote. We are hopeful that this committee will play a leading role in the field in the upcoming National Assembly elections.”
