On 13/04/2025 at approximately 18.50 hrs, a RAB-10 operation team conducted a raid in Nagarkanda area of ​​Faridpur district based on secret information and with the help of information technology. In the said raid, the absconding accused Md. Selim Reza (55), father- Sheikh Oizuddin, resident of Gobindpur North, Nagarkanda Police Station, District- Faridpur, was arrested under the warrant of GR No. 669/22, Section- 36(1) Table 19(a) of the Narcotics Control Act, 2018 of Kotwali Police Station of Faridpur district. The arrested accused has been handed over to the concerned police station.
