Abdul Quader (50), the accused in the rape case, was arrested by RAB-10 at Dhawapara in Rajbari.
The accused, Md Abdul Quader (50) forcibly raped the Victim of Victim (16) of Gharizuri village of Munshiganj Sadar Police Station at the time of 20.00 pm at 03-07-23. From then on, the accused, Md. Abdul Quader, was raped at various times by showing fear. Later, when Victim was pregnant, the son was born to the son of Victim to determine the rape trial and the father’s father’s identity at Munshiganj Sadar Police Station, whose case No-3, Date- 13/08/2024 AD, Section 9 (1) 2000 of the Women and Child Act of 2003 . The investigating officer of the case sent a meeting with the captain, RAB-10, Dhaka to bring the accused under the law. On the basis of the concept, an avijan group of RAB-10 increased intelligence surveillance to arrest the accused.In this context, on 10/4/25, at around 5.30 pm, the RAB-10’s investigation team conducted an operation in the Dhawapara area of ​​Rajbari Sadar police station on the basis of secret news and technology, and the accused, Md. Abdul kader(50) Arrested Rajbari. The arrested accused has been handed over to the police station.
