Md. Asadul Islam:
Former founding president of Bogra District Women’s Party, Majirun Nesa Milu, is currently living in her ancestral home in Gurbisha Purbapara, Malancha Union, Kahalu Upazila, Bogra District. Her husband is dead, she has no son or daughter, so she has no one to look after her. Now she has no one except her nephews. Currently, they are taking care of her.
Majirun Nesa Milu was once working as a senior nurse at Dhaka PG Hospital. Responding to the call of the then President Ziaur Rahman, she joined the Nationalist Party. From 1979 to 1990, Majirun Nesa Milu was active in politics. Then he worked in Libya for 8 years for the welfare of Shaheed Ziaur Rahman. When Majirun Nesa Milu’s house in Bogra Colony got into debt due to taking care of political leaders and activists, he sold the house. Now he has donated the ancestral house to the local madrasa. He lives there somehow. There is almost no cost for treatment. His nephews are taking care of him.
Former Bogra Mahila Dal founding president Majirun Nesa Milu’s treatment is urgent. Come forward to save her, Majirun Nesa Milu’s request was to convey the news of my illness to Tarique Rahman and Begum Khaleda Zia, she has repeatedly requested by holding his hand.
I am drawing the attention of BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman to arrange for her to get proper treatment.
