The full committee of the voluntary blood donation and blood loan social organization in Barura, Comilla has been approved.
On Monday morning, February 10, Barura Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) and chief advisor of the organization, Nu-Among Marma Mong, announced the committee.
A 31-member committee was approved for the next one year, including Gazi Kamrul Hasan as the president, Hridoy Bhowmik, Sabuj Sarkar, Zahidul Islam Talukder, Sajjad Hossain, Azharul Islam Mahfuz, General Secretary Zahid Hasan Shobon, Joint General Secretary Rifat Hossain, Mobarak Hossain, Riaz Uddin, Pritam Majumder, Organizing Secretary Mehedi Hasan Shaon, Anwar Hossain, Publicity Secretary Sharif Hasan Hridoy, Finance Secretary Tithi Majumder.
The organization was established on July 31, 2018, by the then Barura Upazila Executive Officer and current Dhaka Cantonment Board Chief Executive Officer Mazharul Islam. It is hoped that the organization will move forward in social activities under the leadership of the current Chief Advisor and Upazila Executive Officer Nu-Mong Marma Mong.
