A terrorist named Shamsul Alam (50) has been arrested along with weapons and bombs recovered during an army operation in Rajbari.
He was arrested at his home in Narua Biswas Para area of ​​Baliakandi Upazila of Rajbari at around 1:45 am on Friday night (March 8).
During this time, 1 single-shooter gun and 4 country-made grenades were recovered from his house. The arrested person is Shamsul Alam, son of Sadek Biswas of Narua Biswaya Para area of ​​Baliakandi Upazila.
According to sources from the Rajbari Army Camp, a special patrol team, acting on a tip-off, conducted a raid in the Narua Biswaspara area of ​​Baliakandi upazila of the district at 1:45 am and arrested Shamsul Alam, recovering weapons and bombs from his house.
Accused Shamsul Alam, along with the recovered weapons and ammunition, was handed over to Baliakandi Police Station to complete the necessary legal process.
