Staff Reporter: 12 February 2025 Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury ndc, psc (retd) said in Gazipur that Ansar Force plays the biggest role in building the country. They are working everywhere in villages and towns. In addition to maintaining law and order, they are participating in various developmental activities across the country. Even though many have backed down from their responsibilities after August 5, Ansar Force has not backed down from their responsibilities. For that, we should all thank Ansar Force.
The advisor said these things while briefing journalists after the 45th national gathering of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force in Safipur, Gazipur this afternoon.
The advisor said that the reasonable demands of Ansar Force are being considered seriously. However, unreasonable demands will not be considered.
Responding to journalists’ questions about ‘Operation Devil Hunt’, the advisor said, “This operation will continue as long as the Devil exists.” Regarding its success, he said, “We are trying, only the people can speak well of it.”
