Jhalakathi Correspondent: The District Bar Association Election 2025 has been completed in Jhalakathi. In this year’s election of the one-year term Executive Council, Md. Shahadat Hossain has been elected as the President and Md. Nasimul Hasan has been elected as the General Secretary.
Apart from the President and General Secretary, among the others who have been elected in this election, Khan Shahidul Islam has been elected as the Co-President, Faisal Khan and Hasan Sikder have been elected as the two Joint General Secretaries.
In addition, Md. Shahadat Hossain Radhi (Finance Secretary), Md. Maheb Hossain (Vigilance Secretary), Md. Arif Hossain Khan (Library Secretary), Md. Akkas Sikder (Admission Secretary) and Anisur Rahman Khan and Masum Howlader have been elected as the Executive Members.
This year’s election was held with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm after 10 consecutive years. 100% of the voters cast their votes. Voting was held from 9 am to 2 pm on Thursday. Chief Election Commissioner Advocate Syed Hossain announced the election results at 5 pm.
