Md. Habibur Rahman : A rally was held on the evening of Saturday, January 25, 2025, with prominent businessmen of Kushtia city at the initiative of Kushtia City Jamaat. Khandaker Ali Muhsin, a member of the Kushtia Jessore region team of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, was the chief guest of the rally, presided over by Kushtia City Jamaat Ameer Enamul Haque.
The main speaker was the Ameer of Kushtia District Jamaat, Professor Maulana Abul Hashem. The special guests present at the rally were Kushtia District Secretary Professor Sujauddin Joarder, District Assistant Secretary Professor Mazharul Haque, Professor of Al Quran and Islamic Studies of Islamic University A.C.M. Tariqul Islam, Secretary of Kushtia City Jamaat, Shamim Ahmed and prominent businessmen of Kushtia city. At that time, in his speech as the main speaker, Kushtia District Ameer Professor Maulana Abul Hashem said that the importance of businessmen in building society and the state is immense. Just as business should be transparent in accordance with Islamic principles, businessmen should also come forward for honest and transparent people in building the country.
