Staff Reporter : A workshop titled ‘Future Bangladesh in the Thoughts of Youth’ was held in Pobai. The Upazila administration organized this workshop on the occasion of the Youth Festival with the theme ‘Come change the country, change the world’. The workshop, organized at the Upazila Parishad auditorium on Tuesday (January 21) at 12 noon, was presided over by Upazila Executive Officer (Acting) Md. Zahid Hasan.
Present at the event, under the leadership of Upazila BRDB Officer Shamsunnahar, were Upazila Engineer Md. Rehena Akhter, Upazila Youth Development Officer NMN Zahurul Islam, Upazila Development Facilitator (UDF) Zakia Sultana, Headmaster of Yousef School Tanima Haque, Maruf Hasan, student of Shaheed Buddhijibi College, Asif Ahmed Akash, student and coordinator of Barendra University, Amin Hossain, 10th grade student of Yousef School, Student Coordinator Md. Raju Ahmed, Student Coordinator Al Mamun, etc.
The speakers present at the event said – The young generation should awaken values ​​through self-development, mutual cooperation and tolerance. Along with this, employment and economic development opportunities should be created through technical knowledge and advanced training. In this regard, importance should be given to technical education. As a result, the young generation will be able to properly apply their creative enthusiasm and innovative ideas.
