Staff Reporter: New Deputy Commissioner Sultana Akhter held an interaction with journalists from various print and electronic media working in Rajbari.
On Monday (January 20) at 11 am in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner and presented by NDC (Nezarat) Nahid Ahmed, the Deputy Commissioner first gave a courtesy speech after introducing the journalists. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md. Tarif ul Hasan was present at the time. Later, local journalists spoke in an open discussion. At this time, the journalists shed light on various problems and prospects of the district. The Deputy Commissioner listened to the journalists carefully and assured them of the problems.
Deputy Commissioner Sultana Akhter said, after the uprising of the student masses in July-August, we were appointed to the district administration after being scrutinized and selected. Not only in the district administration, but in every department. As long as I work in Rajbari, there will be no lack of sincerity here. Work will be done to develop the potential areas of the peace-loving district and reduce the suffering of the people. Public hearings are held every Wednesday of the week, this public hearing will be further improved, whoever brings any problem here, writing 2-4 lines on paper will come true, I will work to solve their problems. We will all work together to build a beautiful and prosperous Rajbari.
