The District Information Office Feni Women’s Rally and Exchange Meeting was held at the Gosailpur Government Primary School grounds of Fulgazi Union, Fulgazi Upazila, Feni District. The women’s rally was presided over by Information Officer SM Al Amin, and District Food Safety Officer Shamsul Arefin and Headmaster of Gosailpur Government Primary School Md. Kamal Uddin were present as guests in the women’s rally. The rally was moderated by District Information Office Sign Operator Md. Golam Mostafa
Special guest Kamal Uddin said in his speech, “Despite the good results of girls in school, they are being deprived of higher education.” Shamsul Arefin said, “Not only boys, but also girls should be given good and nutritious food. Then the future generation will be strong.”
President S.M. Al Amin said in his speech, “To stop the obstacles to women’s empowerment such as child marriage, dowry, and violence, there is no alternative to increasing public awareness. When people are aware of these issues, women’s empowerment will accelerate.”
