A two-day workshop on acting methods and production techniques of Palanatya in Cumilla has concluded.
The closing ceremony was presided over by Professor Md. Jamal Nasir, former president of Adhuna Theater. The guests present at the ceremony were physician, poet and cultural figure Dr. Triptish Chandra Ghosh, creative cultural organizer Principal Hasan Imam Majumder Fatik, Tapan Sengupta, founding president of Adhuna Theater Advocate Shahidul Haque Swapan, former general secretary of Comilla Sangskritik Jote Professor Md. Masud Majumder, former president of Adhuna Theater Advocate Nazneen Kajal.
The closing ceremony was moderated by Tanim Ahmed, member secretary of Palanatya workshop, and Sharifa Begum, convener of Palanatya workshop.
The two-day workshop was inaugurated by Adhuna Theatre President Dr. Mujib Rahman. Cultural figures, community organizers, freedom fighters Abdul Haque, and Comilla District Council Chief Executive Md. Nazrul Islam were present as guests in the program.
The two-day Palanatya workshop was conducted by Palakar Sayik Siddiqui. 60 trainees participated in the workshop.
At the end, certificates were distributed among the trainees.
