Beginning December 10, 2024, VFS Global, in collaboration with the Embassy of Sweden in Dhaka, will launch an appointment system for Schengen visa applications to visit Belgium, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, or Sweden.
Please Note: Effective December 17, 2024, all applicants must book an appointment in advance to apply for a Schengen visa with VFS Global Sweden in Dhaka. Walk-in applications will no longer be accepted. The appointment slot is personal and needs to be booked by yourself.
A service fee will be charged by VFS Global when you book the appointment. The fee will not be refunded if you do not show up for the appointment or if you cancel it less than 24 hours before your scheduled time slot.
Please remember to only book an appointment with VFS Global Sweden in Dhaka if the main purpose of your journey is to visit Belgium, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, or Sweden.
