With the upcoming national elections in view, the Cumilla Metropolitan, South and North District Committees have been announced through the biannual conference of the Workers Welfare Federation, one of the organizations of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islam.
This committee was announced to increase organizational dynamics through the biannual conference of Cumilla Metropolitan, North District and South Districts organized by the Bangladesh Workers Welfare Federation.
On Friday morning, December 13, at the Cumilla Shilpakala Academy, this biannual conference was attended by the Central Executive Council Member and President of the Workers Welfare Federation, Kazi Nazir Ahmed, and the Assistant Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Maulana Md. Abdul Halim, was present as the chief guest.
Cumilla Metropolitan Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Central Working Committee Member and Ameer Kazi Deen Mohammad, Bangladesh Workers’ Welfare Federation General Secretary Advocate Md. Atiqur Rahman, one of the leaders of BGMEA, Managing Director of Maisha Group and former student leader of Chittagong University Mozammel Haque Bhuiyan, and leaders of Workers’ Welfare Federation from various upazilas were present as special guests.
A 35-member committee was announced with the consent of all the leaders at the biennial conference.
