October 28 (Monday) 2024 2:30 PM, Pirojpur Town Club ground, on the initiative of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Pirojpur district branch, last October 28, 2006, at the north gate of Jatiya Baitul Mukarram Mosque in Dhaka, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami held a sit-in on the instructions of fascist Sheikh Hasina at that time. Thousands of ordinary people from district, upazila, city and very rural areas participated in the rally. Before the scheduled time of the event, the ground of the Town Club was filled to the brim.
AKM Fakhruddin Khan Razi, one of the members of Central Majlis Shura and Barisal region team member, spoke as the chief guest in the gathering. In his speech, he said, he called upon the people to vote for the Jamaat nominated candidate in the three constituencies of Pirojpur in the next parliamentary elections in order to establish the law of God and the rule of righteous people in Bangladesh. He also said that in the next election, people will be supported by giving votes and notes (money). Demanding the current government to hold elections within a reasonable time, he said, otherwise it will not be good for the government if people take to the streets.
The event was presided over by Tafazzal Hossain Farid, Ameer Public Leader of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Pirojpur District Branch, who spoke as a special guest in the public gathering, the heartbeat of countless people, the son of Shaheed Allama Delwar Hossain Saeedee (R), one of the pioneers of the world Islamic movement, the chairman of Allama Saeedee Foundation. , Alhaj Shamim Saidi and former Upazila Chairman Alhaj Masud Saidi. The said speakers criticized the murderous fascist Hasina and said that the people should be vigilant so that terrorist murderers cannot infiltrate the politics of Bangladesh in the future. By establishing the law of God and the rule of honest people in Bangladesh, the trial of the murderers of the July-August revolution will be arranged on October 28.
