Gholam Rabbani got the responsibility of the full secretary of the law and justice department of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. Before this, he was performing the current duties of the Secretary of the Department of Law and Justice.
He has been posted as Secretary of the Law and Justice Department and a related notification was issued today.
It is said in the notification, in consultation with the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the Secretary of the Law and Department of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs (current duty) Md. Golam Rabbani has been posted as the Secretary of the Law and Justice Department.
By the way, Md. Gholam Rabbani joined the Judiciary in 1994 as Assistant Judge (Munsef). Then on January 07, 2016, he was promoted to the post of District and Sessions Judge. He is a member of BCS 13th batch. Prior to this, he served in various important positions including Joint Secretary (Administration-1) of Law and Judiciary Department, District and Sessions Judge of Chittagong and Registrar General of Bangladesh Supreme Court.
