A special general meeting of Journalist Union Dinajpur was held in a restaurant on Sunday (September 08) under the chairmanship of GM Hiru, founder president of the organization. The organization’s senior vice president Sadakat Ali Khan reviewed the special general meeting organized under the chairmanship of the organization’s former general secretary Atiur Rahman Atiq. The general secretary of the organization Mahfizul Islam Ripon, executive committee member Abdus Salam and co-editor Belal Hossain Joy delivered the welcome speech. Abed Ali, Morshed Manik, Chandan Roy, Dayaram Roy, Mokaram Hossain, Mosharraf Hossain, Chanchal, Masud Jahangir Alam, Matiar Rahman, Morshed Ul Alam, Zahid Hossain, Moklechur Rahmar Saudagar, Majid Khan and others spoke in the open discussion.
