Raiyan, who shot student movement’s in Sylhet,in critical condition

In front of South Surma police station in Sylhet, students and crowd were cheering together on August 5. Rayan Ahmad, the younger son of Nanu Mia of Dalipara village in South Surma’s Seelam Union, was shot in the head there.

After 17 days, Raiyan regained consciousness at Neuro Science Hospital in Dhaka. However, his physical condition is still critical.

Doctors say he needs to be taken to UK or Singapore for better treatment.

Ayman Ahmad, the brother of the injured Raiyan, confirmed this information.

He said, he was under treatment at Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital after being shot.

He did not regain consciousness even after 14 days of treatment there. Doctors in Sylhet referred him to Neuro Science Hospital in Dhaka. Now he is undergoing treatment at National Neuroscience Hospital. He regained consciousness on Friday. Now you can only open your eyes and look. It is understood that we all know each other. Sometimes he says he has a lot of pain in his head.

Raiyan was treated at Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital for 12 days after he was shot in front of Dakshin Surma police station in Sylhet during the victory celebration of the students on August 5. When his condition deteriorated there, he was sent to Dhaka by air ambulance on the morning of August 17.

It is learned that the injured Raiyan Ahmad Selam is a class 10 student of PL Multipurpose High School
