Students on Rampura road, traffic stopped

The protestors were protesting in front of the East West University in Aftabnagar of the capital since morning, as per the pre-announcement of the 9-point demand of the students. From there, they came to Rampura Bridge and occupied the road in front of BRAC University.

Meanwhile, a large number of police are stationed on the road.

On Saturday (August 3) around 2pm, all the students left Eastwest and took their position on the main road.

The anti-discrimination student movement, the platform of the quota reform movement, announced a new program on Friday. They have called for a protest march across the country on Saturday and an all-out non-cooperation movement from tomorrow Sunday. According to this program, the agitators took a position in front of East West University today.
