HSC and equivalent exams have started across the country. It rained heavily in the capital in the morning. Millions of students who participated in the first day of the exam are in trouble. Also, their parents are confused about their children.

According to the Directorate of Meteorology, gusty winds with a maximum speed of 60 km per hour can blow over 13 districts of the country, including the capital Dhaka. At the same time, there is a risk of thundershowers. This information has been given in the weather forecast for the country’s inland river ports till 1 pm on Sunday.

Meteorologist Khondkar Hafizur Rahman said, during this period, over the regions of Rangpur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Dhaka, Faridpur, Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Comilla and Sylhet regions from south or southeast at a speed of 45-60 km per hour. Showers with gusty or gusty winds or thundershowers are possible. The river ports in these areas have been asked to display warning signal number 1.

HSC exam will be held from 10 am to 1 pm on Sunday. On the first working day of the week, the parents have left home early with the students fearing traffic jam from the morning. On the other hand, the Ministry has also instructed the candidates to enter the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. But many were caught in the rain before reaching the centre.

Although some came in private vehicles, most of the students came to the center by buses, CNG or rickshaws. But due to heavy rain, many people got wet while getting out of the car. Markets and shops around the center did not open in the morning, but could not protect themselves from the rain despite many efforts. As a result, while entering the examination hall, some students, some people who came with them, got wet and alone. Earlier, there was a lot of rain in Dhaka on Saturday. The Meteorological Department has predicted more rain for several days.
