Class 10 student Nayan of Charfassion Upazila of Bhola created a stir by making a three-story ship through technology. This little scientist is dreaming of building a smart Bangladesh by inventing more novel technologies in the future through the excellence of his vision.
Recently, after 10 months of effort, Nayan floated the remote control launch that he made by himself in the water of the pond in the courtyard of the house. This student has made a remote control launch called Kirtankhola-10 of Barisal which is 7 feet long.
A crowd of eager people flocked to Nayan’s house to catch a glimpse of Nayan’s invented ‘demo’ ship. Everyone from different upazilas of the district is running to Nayan’s house to see the wonderful discovery of the young student. Everyone in the village is surprised by such an invention. Charfashion Basi called upon the concerned to take immediate steps for the proper development of Nayan’s talent.
Nasir Faraji, a resident of ward number 7 of Charmanika Union of South Aicha Police Station of Nayan Upazila. Son of Alauddin Faraji. And he is a 10th class student of Char-Aicha Secondary School. School student Nayan’s father Alauddin Faraji is a small fish trader and mother Kulchum Begum is a housewife. Nayan is the eldest among 5 brothers and sisters.
Talking to his family, it is known that little scientist Nayan created a stir by making this remote control ‘demo’ ship after a long 10-month effort. Nayan himself built a powerful remote control to drive the ‘demo’ ship. The ship is equipped with 2 powerful motors. A 12 volt battery is used onboard. Two fans are connected to the motors. Through which the front-back is going to be run. Different colored lights on different floors of this three-story ship. There is a head light in the front for driving in the dark.
Going to the surface, it can be seen that a remote control has been used to run the (demo) launch made by Nayan on the model of Kirtankhola-10. Along with that, two motors are installed in the launch. A 12 volt motorcycle battery is used as power to keep the two motors running. Attached to the motors are two propellers that rotate and propel the launch vehicle forward and backward. The launch, which has a master bridge on three floors, has been fitted with colorful lights on different floors. and the lower deck of the launch, and stairs leading to two decks forward, cabins two decks and three decks, and above three decks aft with silencer exhausts and forward headlights.
Actually looks like Kirtankhola-10 launch. Each floor of the ship is varied in colorful lighting. Sophisticated radar and digital devices require the master to steer the ship as well as analog systems. But unbelievable but true, this ship is running with the help of remote control. Basically it is a ‘demo’ ship modeled after the ship. Initially this vessel is launched in a pond of char fashion. Nayan, a school student from a poor family, built this ship in the same design as the Kirtankhola ship bound for Barisal and Dhaka.
Nayan, a school student who made the launch, said, I always dream of becoming an engineer, besides continuing my studies, I try to make something when I get some time. From the time I studied in class 9, I used to take some money from my parents for tiffin every day while going to school, which amounted to 35 thousand rupees. With that money we collect cockpit, plastic pipe, paper, motor, battery, electric wire, remote controller, fan. After about 10 months of effort, we made a launch similar to Kirtankhola-10. The launch, which is 7 feet long and 3 feet wide, can be operated by remote control and hand control up to a certain distance in the water. This launch can cover a distance of 10 km in 10 minutes at a fast speed.
Nayan also said, this launch of mine floats in water. I want to give the launch made by me as a gift to the owner of Kirtankhola-10 launch company. Then my hope will be fulfilled.
Nayan’s uncle Nasir Faraji, local resident Maulvi Bellan Hossain, and Md. Amir Hossain said, we are very happy and proud. Nayan, who studied in class 10 in this remote area of ours, created a launch with his talent. We are seeing the launch at Sadarghat. The launch made by him looks exactly like that launch. If the government properly evaluates his talent, he will go far.
Nayan’s father Alauddin Faraji said that my son Nayan has been doing these things for a long time besides studying. He is always given financial support and encouragement from his family for his work. So that he can reach his goal. And Nayan made a launch named Kirtankhola-10 after long efforts. A crowd of people gathered as the launch floated in the house’s pond. Nayan’s dream is to present the launch to Barisal Kirtankhola-10 authorities. And also his big dream is to study and become an engineer. I will make every effort to reach his goal. I believe he will be an engineer one day.
Lecturer Nizam Uddin Russell, the newly elected UP chairman of Charmanika Union, said that Alauddin Faraji’s son has made a launch called Kirtankhola-10 and has shown that the boys of our remote areas can do many things. If his talent is appreciated and supported with money, he will be able to show new discoveries. And in the future he assured all kind of co-operation in this discovery of his.
