27 million people from different countries of the world have visited Saudi Arabia. The government of Saudi Arabia has been trying to become one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world for the past few years.
 The number of tourists in Saudi Arabia exceeded 10 million last year. Out of this 7 crore 7 lakh were local tourists.
 The country’s Tourism Minister Ahmed Al Khatib announced this information in an event last Wednesday (07 February).
 He said, their aim was to meet the target of 10 crore tourists. They have been able to achieve that goal.
 The Saudi minister also said that since 2030, they are making arrangements to allow 150 million tourists to visit Saudi Arabia without interruption. Out of which 70 million will be foreign tourists.
