Farewell reception to Headmaster of Atia Union Adarsh Girls High School

Farewell ceremony and parent gathering of Atiya Union Adarsh Girls High School Principal Ranjit Kumar Pal was held at Delduar, Tangail.

The farewell ceremony was organized in the school premises on Tuesday (January 2) morning.

Engineer Mahmudul Hasan Maruf, Chairman of Delduar Upazila Parishad, was the chief guest.

Special guest spoke, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Tariqul Islam, former chairman of Atia Union Engineer Sirajul Islam Mallick, UP Chairman Sajjad Hossain, Deuli Union Parishad Chairman Tahmina Haque, Chilimpur High School Board of Directors President Mujibur Rahman, Babu Sunil Kumar Dey, Barrister Golam Nabi, Atia University Principal (Acting) Yachmin Akhter , Bindubasini Girls High School head teacher Kaniz Salma, ex-principal Narayan Chandra Dey, professor Abdur Razzak and Abdul Barek etc.

Atia Union Adarsh Girls High School President Bir Muktijoddha Engineer Md. Speakers under the chairmanship of Fazlul Haque Mallick said in remembrance that a beacon of knowledge has to be said goodbye. He has been teaching in this school for 15 years, after coming to this school, the pass rate has increased to 100%. The learning environment is back. Tears are flowing in the eyes while saying goodbye to this great teacher today. We wish long life and good health to this great teacher.

Later, outgoing Headmaster Ranjit Kumar Pal was given a crest by the founder of Atia Union Adarsh Girls High School, Tangail District Mujib Bahini Commander Guerrilla BLF Hero Freedom Fighter Engineer Fazlul Haque Mallick.

Besides, the Headmaster and his wife were given various gifts including flowers by the Headmaster (Acting) of Girls’ School Md. Rafiqul Islam, assistant teachers, former and current students.

Local residents, former and current students along with teachers of the school were present on the occasion.
