The EC also said that the role of the media is very important for the peaceful conduct of elections. Therefore, he sought the cooperation of the media for a fair, peaceful and participatory election.
Under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Habibur Rahman, District Commissioner of Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh and Nilphamari District Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, RAB and BGB, besides Upazila Executive Officer, Upazila Election Officer, Officer-in-Charge of Police Station attended the meeting.
