Two NGO workers were killed when a covered van ran over them in Tangail’s Dhanbari. The accident took place on Thursday, September 14, in the Dari Rampur area of ​​the upazila.
The deceased are – son of Nekkar Ali of Bara Pukur Par area of ​​Maidan Dighi village of Bhangura upazila of Pabna district. Motaleb Hossain (40) and son of deceased Altaf Hossain of Hatibandha village of Dhanbari upazila of Tangail. Zahid Hasan (27). Both of them were working in a private organization, an NGO.

The driver lost control and fell on a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction. The two riders of the motorcycle were crushed under the covered van and killed. Both of them worked in NGOs.
