A seminar and exchange meeting on ‘Prevention of yellow journalism and objective journalism’ organized by Bangladesh Press Council with the participation of print and electronic media journalists of Kushtia was held at Kushtia Circuit House on 12th September 2023 at 10:30 am on Tuesday. Justice Md. Nizamul Haque Nasim was the chief guest. Bangladesh Press Council Secretary Shyamal Kumar Karmakar read the main article. Senior Information Officer Md. Aminul Islam delivered the welcome speech. Special guests were Additional District Magistrate Abdul Wadud, Additional Superintendent of Police Abu Russell. Journalists working in the district spoke with various proposals to prevent yellow journalism.
